Marcia Mikai is an architect and urban planner from the Faculty of Fine Arts of São Paulo, with an MBA in Environmental Management and Technologies from POLI-USP, a master’s degree from IAU-USP and certified as a Charrette Manager and Planner by the National Charrette Institute (NCI). She has been an entrepreneur since 1987 and has participated in projects selected for Architecture Biennials. She was a curator for the Brazilian Council for Sustainable Construction (CBCS), Vice-President of the Smart City Business America Institute (currently Technical Advisor), and a professor in postgraduate and university extension courses. Her work focuses on collaborative projects, co-creation, development of “agrihoods” and large-scale agroforestry systems.
ANDREW GEORGIADIS

IRAÚNA BONILHA
Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees from the School of Architecture and Urbanism at the University of São Paulo, specializing in urban drainage projects, landscape design, and urban riverfront restoration. Over 25 years of experience in coordinating and preparing urban, environmental, and socioeconomic studies. Specialist in environmental licensing for urban land development projects and infrastructure projects in general. Specialist in socio-environmental and sectoral risk assessments (due diligence) for multilateral institutions such as the IFC/World Bank and the IDB, including international missions to countries in Latin America, the Caribbean, and Africa. External IFC expert for project evaluation in the water and sanitation sector in Brazil.
